Live cultures can be found in fermented food such as yoghurts, kimchi, kombucha and kefir. They are also present in the body, predominantly in the large and small instestine in a colony known as the gut microflora. Acidophilus and Rhamnosus are bacteria in the Lactobacillacae family and can be found naturally living in our digestive system. Lifeplan's Acidophilus & Rhamnosus supplement is formulated with a combination of these Lactobacillus strains, with a guaranteed count of 4 billion live cultures per capsule.

The minimum order value for free delivery in mainland UK is £75.00.  For orders under £75.00, a carriage charge of £9.95 applies.

 For Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Orkney & Shetland Islands and Jersey & Guernsey the minimum order value for free delivery is £150.00.  A carriage charge of £19.95 will apply to orders under £150.00.

The label on the product you receive may look different to the one shown on the website.  This is simply because we have been working through our product range, updating labels to the new design but there are still a few products that have the old label for a variety of reasons.  Please be assured that the product is exactly the same with the same formulation and ingredients.
