The minimum order value for free delivery in mainland UK is £75.00.  For orders under £75.00, a carriage charge of £9.95 applies.

 For Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Orkney & Shetland Islands and Jersey & Guernsey the minimum order value for free delivery is £150.00.  A carriage charge of £19.95 will apply to orders under £150.00.

We hope you are pleased with your products. However, if you are not satisfied with the goods supplied and wish to return any items bought from us then we will be happy to make a refund, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please let us know either by phone or email, the reason for the return and any returns should be made within a reasonable time (please try and return goods within 14 days).

Following receipt of the goods by us we will be happy to accommodate changes where possible or you will receive a full refund, less any return delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days of giving us your notice to change or cancel.

The Products must be returned to Us in a re-saleable condition and at your own expense. The Products must not have been opened, used or otherwise that may affect the resale of the Products.

The label on the product you receive may look different to the one shown on the website.  This is simply because we have been working through our product range, updating labels to the new design but there are still a few products that have the old label for a variety of reasons.  Please be assured that the product is exactly the same with the same formulation and ingredients.
